1. Nature of Service

GhostLink provides a peer-to-peer (P2P) communication platform. We facilitate the connection between users but do not store, view, or possess the technical ability to decrypt the video or audio streams generated by users. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Transmitting illegal content, malware, or harmful code.
• Harassing, threatening, or violating the rights of others.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise the integrity of the Service.

3. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
